Hola! My name is Pollo, and I'm an 8 year old buff tabby boy who is ALSO a Manx! Which is to say, I have a bob-tail. I am also apparently "a chonk" according to everyone at the shelter. I've been assured that this is a good thing, especially since I enjoy being picked up and cuddled--which I really do love! I want all the pets and love you have to give, and if you open my cage, I'm going to hop right out looking for it! I am super friendly and outgoing. If you're lucky, I might sing you the song of my people. I am still pretty spry for my age and size, so hopefully I find a furever home that is willing to open up their hearts for a slightly older fuzzball.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
