Hi, my name is Peter! I am a buff and white tabby boy kitty. I'm 3 months old, and I'm sharing a cage with my brother Paul. I'm not going to lie, I am pretty scared. The shelter can be kind of a loud place, and I had to get shots and stuff! But I've been told that I am a pretty boy and that the shots were so I don't get sick, and that seems like a good thing. Just know that if you come see me, I might try to hide from you at first. You can probably pet me, though, and maybe as I get used to everything that's new, I'll also be braver. I promise I'm working on it, because I want to find my furever family!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
