I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Yosemite Sam, and I am a cute little kitten! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be myself. Two kittens are better than one - consider adopting one of my super cute siblings too!
What my Foster Says About Me: Coming Soon!
What the Shelter Says About Me: Yosemite Sam is the only one who knows why he showed up with puncture wounds all over his face. Sick and weak, Sam and his brother were taken home to foster. Sam healed well, but still bears a visible scar above his eye - his badge of survival from his kittenhood trauma. Whatever he went through hasn't affected his personality; hopefully, he was too young to remember. Sam fully recovered from his rough start in a great foster home, with good vet care and regular meals. This Yosemite Sam is robust, engaging and thriving now! Sam, with his super-sized motor, loves people, loved for his foster to hold him while he wraps his arms around her neck, and has a big purr (super sized motor) along with a big play drive. On photo day, we found that Yosemite Sam was the perfect combo of easy, playful & loving. He may have been named after a spicy cartoon character, but he is more like the grand and euphoria inducing Yosemite National Park. Both a treasure!
Kitten Vetting Requirements: Your kitten may not be fully vaccinated upon adoption. You will be responsible for providing whatever remaining vaccines are needed to complete the kitten vaccine series.
