Meet Comet — The Queen of Sploots and the Master of Chill‑and‑Play
Comet is the perfect mix of relaxed companion and playful pup. Most of the time she’s a calm, easygoing girl who loves curling up next to her person, but bring out a toy or toss a ball and her puppy energy comes shining through. She’s wonderfully fast when she runs, sometimes breaking into the cutest little prance as she zooms around.
Comet is fully potty trained and does her business right away when she goes outside. She’s excellent on leash and enjoys her walks. She’s also very curious about cats—sweetly convinced they must want to play with her. Her signature move is the “sploot‑and‑stalk,” where she drops flat to the floor and army‑crawls toward them like a tiny, goofy soldier. The cats remain unimpressed, but Comet’s dedication is adorable.
She loves fetch, enjoys tug toys, and is always up for a bit of fun before settling back down for cuddles. And yes—she is truly the queen of sploots. Whether she’s relaxing, watching the world, or trying to charm a cat into friendship, she sploots with commitment.
Comet arrived needing to gain a few pounds, but she’s otherwise healthy and settling beautifully into home life. She’s affectionate, playful, goofy, and incredibly sweet—just as happy snuggling with her human as she is showing off her zoomies.
