Marvel is a 7-month-old, 42-pound shepherd/pittie mix who loves playing, exploring, training, and cuddling. She’s especially enthusiastic about other dogs and loves a good wrestling session, but she also has a wonderful ability to settle. Once the excitement wears off, she’s happy to relax alongside her people and canine friends.
Marvel is smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn. She already knows “sit” and is making good progress with house and crate training. Like many young dogs, she’s still learning her manners and may bark, jump up, or offer gentle puppy nips when excited. She’s easily redirected and is learning that hands aren’t toys.
She’s doing very well with the resident dog in her foster home, responding appropriately to corrections and transitioning easily from play to relaxation. She’s also spent time around cats and is learning to respect their boundaries with supervision.
Marvel will thrive with an active adopter ready to provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, play, and positive-reinforcement training. She’s a bright, affectionate, dog-social puppy with so much potential!
