Bio:
we might not know a ton about rowans start in life, but he is the most timid, calm boy, at just 1 1/2 years old, he spent a lot of time as a stray, so Rowan isn’t very trusting at first. Rowan will require somebody with some patience, and the desire to get him to trust.
Rowan wasn’t too sure about our resident dogs, and especially the cat, but he did do really well with allowing them in his space, but did inform them when it was too much. Rowan loves to be cuddled into blankets, and wants to be in your lap as much as he can be.
rowan LOVES going for walks, and does amazing on a leash, no pulling, and redirects very easily.
this sweet boy is truly such an angel, who deserves so much love and attention.
when inside the home, rowan is the ultimate couch potato, but outside, he is absolutely a curious puppy. best of both worlds!? i think yes ✅
now I’ll give you the cons, well really I can only think of one, rowan will need belly bands until somebody is able to work with him on marking, boys am I right?
he doesn’t like the belly bands, but he does not try to take them off, he will just freeze and act like he can’t walk in them, but the moment he goes outside w/no band, he wants to run and play and crawl into your lap like the sweet boy he is.
rowan will stay in his kennel all night without a single peep (i know, i too was very shocked) he also doesn’t have accidents in his kennel, yay rowan!
like stated before, rowan is very shy, very timid, and not yet able to trust humans fully, he will require somebody who wants to gain his trust and show him love and affection, at his speed.
rowan will make an amazing addition to any family, he is the perfect little compact size dog, and gives the best hugs. consider a meet and greet with this amazing little boy!
