Meet Olive Grace: From Dump to Diva

Olive Grace was found abandoned at a dump, but this beautiful little tabby wasted absolutely no time deciding that roughing it was NOT for her. The minute she discovered indoor life, she embraced it wholeheartedly.

Soft beds? Yes, please. Bedtime cuddles? Absolutely. Toys? Bring them all. Churus? GET OUT OF HER WAY.

Olive Grace has been known to knock another kitty right out of the Churu line because apparently snacks are serious business.

She’s a playful, energetic girl who loves to jump, run, chase and investigate. She enjoys all kinds of toys, but her wand toy reigns supreme. And while she can certainly entertain herself, having her people join the game is the cherry on top.

When the day’s adventures are over, Olive Grace is ready for one of her favorite things: bedtime cuddles. ❤️

My husband, myself, and a friend have seen a need for a cat rescue in our area. My husband and I are both retired (he was a dba and I was a guidance counselor). We are just starting out. We plan to start with adoptions. All cats must be fully vetted (spay/neuter is essential) before they can be adopted. Education about spay/neuter and cat care are a big part of our agenda. We have our 501 (c)(3). Our adoption program is foster based. We hope to have a shelter/adoption center in the next 2 years. We have been working with another local rescue for 3 years whose emphasis is dogs. We see a real need for a cat rescue in the area and are trying to make an impact on cat over-population.
