Tucker is a handsome 1-year-old Collie mix with a wonderfully sweet and intuitive personality. This special boy seems to understand people almost immediately. From the moment he arrived at his foster home, Tucker showed just how naturally well-mannered he is.
After being transported from a distant shelter, Tucker enjoyed a late-night car ride to his foster home. Once he arrived, he calmly and respectfully explored his new surroundings, found a comfortable spot, and settled in for the night—without a single accident! In fact, Tucker is completely house trained and has been an exceptionally easy boy to have in the home.
Tucker is incredibly affectionate and bonds with his people right away. He loves being with you, but he also understands how to enjoy his own space. He has a quiet, gentle demeanor and seems to have an instinctive understanding of what is expected of him.
And this boy is smart! Tucker learns new commands with ease and genuinely wants to please his person. He quickly figures out what he is allowed to play with and makes good choices. His intelligence and willingness to learn will make him a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys training and building a relationship with their dog.
Tucker is also good with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine friend, provided they are a good match.
