Onyx was brought into the shelter along with his four brothers (Ink, Jet, Soot, Shadow) on July 18th. He was underweight but otherwise healthy, and has been with his foster since July 19th. He wears a red collar.He has no experience with kids or dogs, but is unfazed at the resident cat hissing at him whenever she gets the chance.Summary of Personality: Nicknamed Fabio for his long and luscious fur, Onyx started out extremely fearful of everything, and anytime his fosters tried to pet him he would cower. He has come a long way since then, and has lost most of his skittishness and not only enjoys being pet, but will give occasional purrs when being pet. He loves loves loves his churu, and will stand on any of his brotherâs heads that get between him and his churu. He also loves the felt string on a stick toy, and the second his foster touches it he will launch himself from wherever he is to enthusiastically play with it (and occasionally run off with it, stick and all). He always comes and greets his fosters when they come into the room, and enjoys hanging out with them. He is an affectionate and curious kitten who will make a wonderful cat for his future family!Onyx would do best if he was adopted with his favorite brother and partner in crime, Jet.
