About Moss’s Breed:
Our best guess is that Moss is a Labrador mix. Labradors are famous for their friendly, outgoing personalities and their deep devotion to their families. They are intelligent, eager to please, and highly trainable, making them wonderful companions for a wide variety of homes. Labs also tend to be social dogs who enjoy being involved in daily family life and forming close bonds with both people and other pets.
A Lab mix like Moss will thrive in an active home where he receives regular exercise, mental enrichment, and plenty of affection. His ideal family would enjoy walks, hikes, playtime, and outdoor adventures, while also giving him the structure and guidance young dogs need to succeed. With his loving nature and playful spirit, Moss is sure to become a loyal best friend and enthusiastic partner for all of life's adventures.
What to Love about Moss:
After spending the beginning of his life confined in a cage with his siblings, Moss is making up for lost time and embracing every bit of love, attention, and adventure that comes his way. Once he discovered what it felt like to be part of a family, he never looked back!
This sweet boy absolutely adores people and thrives on affection. Whether he's soaking up cuddles on the couch or joining you for a walk around the neighborhood, Moss wants to be right by your side. He has a gentle, loving nature and has done wonderfully with children, other dogs, and even cats, greeting everyone with friendly curiosity and kindness.
Moss is incredibly smart and eager to learn. He's already crate-trained, doing great with his potty-training routine, and walks beautifully on a leash. With his athletic build, playful personality, and zest for life, Moss is happiest when he's moving, exploring, and having fun with his people.
Think of Moss like a magnificent stallion finally set free to run across an open field! He is full of energy, promise, and potential. He would thrive with an active family or individual who enjoys walks, hikes, outdoor adventures, and plenty of playtime. Because he still has that joyful puppy enthusiasm, he'd do best with children sturdy enough not to be accidentally knocked over during an excited greeting.
Moss is ready to trade his difficult past for a future filled with love, adventure, and companionship. With a little guidance, continued structure, and a family willing to invest in him, this wonderful young dog is going to shine.
