Klaus and his sisters, Sunny and Violet, had quite an unusual beginning! They were found after falling through the ceiling of an occupied old farmhouse and arrived at their foster home at just six weeks old, scared and unsure of their new world. It sounds like something straight out of a Lemony Snicket tale! Klaus needed a little extra time to adjust, but he's come a long way since those early days.
Klaus is a laid-back, quiet boy who prefers to take life at his own pace. He can be a little reserved at first, but as he gets comfortable, his sweet personality begins to shine through. He enjoys playing and lets his foster family hold him. He's still figuring people out, but he's making progress, and it's been wonderful to see how far he's come!
Klaus is looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue building confidence and feel safe and loved. He must be adopted with one of his siblings or join a home with a friendly young cat under 3 years old. Because of his gentle nature, he would do best in a home without children under 10.
His story may have started with a series of unfortunate events, but Klaus deserves a chapter filled with comfort, kindness, and a family who will let him be himself.
Klaus is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for FIV/FELV, is microchipped and will be neutered and ready to go to his new home at the end of November.
