Meet Harley, the 7 month old pastel tortie kitten! Harley was brought to the shelter after a good samaritan took care of her and her siblings (including Yuki) when they were found as strays. After a few months of being in the home, the person needed some help rehoming the kittens, so here they are! These girls have been a little shy, but once they warm up they are as sweet as can be. Harley and Yuki were indoor kitties in their previous home, so we would like them to keep that same lifestyle so that they stay safe and sound. If you are looking for a sweet little lady who can keep you company, come meet Harley! On Saturday, October 31st, the Shelter is celebrating Halloween through an “Adopt Your Boo” special. This cat’s adoption fee is reduced to $31.Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
