Delilah is a sweet, gentle Goldendoodle with a soft soul and a quiet heart. Life before rescue was not kind to her, and she lives with severe anxiety that requires an immense amount of love and patience as she builds confidence.

She is house trained, tolerates her crate, and feels most secure curled up in the human bed with the people she trusts. Delilah is not food motivated, prefers eating in a quiet spot alone, and is still learning how to walk on a leash and play with toys.

Requirements for Delilah's Forever Home:

Must have another K9 companion: She takes comfort in other dogs, finds security in their presence, and enjoys quiet dog snuggles. Preferably another medium/large-size female dog.

Immense patience & understanding: She needs a quiet environment and a family willing to move at her pace to celebrate every small victory.

Delilah enjoys simple pleasures like sunbathing, watching TV, and quietly being near her family. Watching her realize she is safe and earning her trust is deeply rewarding.
