Javier is a 7-week-old Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a tiny package! This handsome little guy currently weighs just 3.3 pounds and is ready to start searching for his forever family.
Javier and his two sisters were born safely in our rescue after their mom, Chica, came into our care. Chica is a 15-pound Chihuahua mix, but since dad is unknown, we can't predict exactly how big Javier will be when he's fully grown.
Javier is a sweet, affectionate little boy who is beginning to explore the world around him. Like all puppies, he will need a family committed to helping him learn all the important puppy basics, including house training, socialization, and basic manners.

If you are interested in adopting Javier, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.
**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
