Zuri #1 | 9-month-old Belgian Malinois mix | Your blue-eyed adventure buddy
At just 9 months old, this gorgeous Belgian Malinois mix is ready to find the forever family she’s been waiting for! With her piercing blue eyes and loving personality, she’s the kind of pup who quickly captures your heart.
She is friendly and affectionate with everyone she meets, including children, and she gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She loves being around her people and is always ready to make a new friend. We’re still unsure how she feels about cats, so a cat-free home or careful introductions would be best.
True to her Malinois mix nature, she is a high-energy, intelligent girl who thrives when she has a job to do. She loves chasing bunnies and squirrels and will need an adopter who understands that her exercise and enrichment needs go beyond a simple walk around the block. She would be an excellent candidate for agility, obedience, nose work, or another activity that challenges her both physically and mentally.
Her ideal adopter will have some prior dog experience and, most importantly, be excited to continue investing in her training as she grows. She is smart, eager to learn, and has so much potential — she just needs someone willing to help her channel all that energy and intelligence into positive outlets.
She’s also house trained and kennel trained, and she doesn’t bark in the house!
If you’re looking for a loving, athletic, intelligent young dog who can be your adventure buddy and training partner, this beautiful girl might just be your perfect match.
If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.
The adoption fee for this pet is $400. Our adoption fee covers the following:
Spay/neuter
Microchip
DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
